2012 AGM: May 27 to June 3, 2012


The 2012 AGM Organizing Committee looks forward to hosting you on the Alaska Cruise and thanks you for registering for this unique event. Please ensure the copy of your invoice receipt shows your first and last names as they appear on your valid passports. If the first and last names do not match your passports, you may be denied boarding. If there are discrepancies, please let us know immediately and we will have the documents changed. Your invoice receipt also includes other important information such as your stateroom number, your Celebrity Cruises booking number and your final outstanding amount which have been processed starting November 1, 2011. Any cancellations after November 1, 2011 will be subject to cancellation penalties as outlined in the registration information and can be found here.

Cruise line Online Check-in – All passengers must complete pre boarding information with the cruise line. This can be done through the Celebrity Cruises website as follows:

  1. In your web browser, go to www.celebritycruises.com

  2. Select ‘Online Check-in’ at the very top right side on the home page (or click here to go direct to Online Check-in)

  3. Input your reservation number (listed on your invoice receipt), last name, ship name (Century) and sailing date (May 27, 2012). Click the SUBMIT button.

  4. On the next screen select ‘Start Check-in Process’.

  5. Select the guests you wish to check-in and input all Personal & Travel Information. Select ‘Save & Continue’ to complete the process.

  6. Once all info is complete you can print your “Xpress Pass” which you will need when boarding on May 27th.

Please note that filling in your immigration information prior to sailing is extremely important. If the cruise line does not receive your information, this may cause delays in issuing your tickets. Filling in the forms in advance will also speed up your check in process on the day of embarkation. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact us at rcmpvets2012_[AT]_cruiseshipcenters.com and we will gladly input the information for you.

A few important reminders:

  1. Travel insurance - is an important part of a worry-free vacation. Please ensure you have the appropriate travel insurance. The AGM Organizing Committee through its partner Expedia CruiseShipCenters Coquitlam has secured insurance rates based on 2010 pricing. Please see information under the travel insurance section or contact us at rcmpvets2012_[AT]_cruiseshipcenters.com for details. NOTE: If you requested travel insurance information on your registration form and have decided not to purchase through the Organizing Committee we will require your decline in writing (email). You will be contacted if this is missing from your file.

  2. Documentation – it is each passenger’s responsibility to ensure you have the proper documentation required to board the cruise ship in Vancouver. A valid passport will be required for all passengers, including children (no exceptions). It is highly recommended that your passports be valid for at least 6 months past your expected return date. Please check the expiry dates of your passports to ensure they meet these requirements. Citizens of other nationalities may require different documentation and tourist visas. If you are not a Canadian or US citizen, please ensure you have all the necessary documentation for your trip. OTHER NOTES AND INFORMATION

Dining for all AGM attendees is First Seating. You will be assigned a table however we have secured “round robin dining” which enables us to move around within the tables in our group which gives you the flexibility of dining with various groups throughout the cruise.
